Craftsmanship:

Forged from DC53 carbon steel, which can bend 90 degrees without deformation. The blade is treated with a reddening process, and the edge is handcrafted with a “push grinding and whitening double-line flame pattern” treatment, with a hardness of up to 60 degrees that can chop iron without damaging the edge.

Forging Process:

Material selection, forging the embryo (hand forging), straightening the blade embryo, high-temperature quenching, hand polishing, blood groove opening, hand polishing, oil quenching (to produce blade patterns), grinding, sheath assembly, handle assembly, handle rolling (tying the knot), and final sword assembly.

Product Use:

Suitable for collection, display, or practice. It can also be used as office decoration, for role-playing, and as a gift for family and friends.

Maintenance:

After cleaning the blade, apply an appropriate amount of machine oil and wipe evenly.
