Craftsmanship:

– The blade is made from DC53 carbon steel with a gold-plated finish, forged through countless hammers and refinements. It has a hardness of up to 60 degrees, capable of chopping iron without damaging the edge.

– The tsuba (guard) is made of pure copper, engraved with exquisite patterns, and has excellent toughness, able to bend 90 degrees and immediately return to its original shape.

Forging Process:

Material selection, forging the embryo (hand forging), straightening the blade embryo, high-temperature quenching, hand polishing, blood groove opening, hand polishing, oil quenching (to produce blade patterns), grinding, sheath assembly, handle assembly, handle rolling (tying the knot), and final sword assembly.

Maintenance:

After cleaning the blade, apply an appropriate amount of machine oil and wipe evenly.
