Craftsmanship:

The blade is forged from DC53 carbon steel, with the body gold-plated and engraved with a corrosive technique.

Traditional craftsmanship is used for quenching and tempering, net weight 1.22 kg, with a traditional lacquered Japanese samurai sheath.

Forging Process:

Material selection, forging the embryo (hand forging), straightening the blade embryo, high-temperature quenching, hand polishing, blood groove opening, hand polishing, oil quenching (to produce blade patterns), grinding, sheath assembly, handle assembly, handle rolling (tying the knot), and final sword assembly.

Product Use:

Suitable for collection, display, or practice, can also be used as office decoration, role-playing, and as a gift for family and friends.

Maintenance:

After cleaning the blade, apply an appropriate amount of machine oil and wipe evenly.
