Craftsmanship:

– Crafted with DC53 carbon steel, honed to 20,000 grits for exceptional sharpness. Pure iron fittings, complete with a carrying strap. The blade is incredibly sharp, capable of slicing a hair with a mere breath, and can spring back instantly after being run over by a car, showcasing its formidable performance.

Forging Process:

Material selection, forging the embryo (hand forging), straightening the blade embryo, high-temperature quenching, hand polishing, blood groove opening, hand polishing, oil quenching (to produce blade patterns), grinding, sheath assembly, handle assembly, handle rolling (tying the knot), and final sword assembly.

Product Use:

Suitable for collection, display, or practice. It can also be used as office decoration, for role-playing, and as a gift for family and friends.

Maintenance:

After cleaning the blade, apply an appropriate amount of machine oil and wipe evenly.
